SP4-Audio crackling

I can't seem to find the post about this, but I thought I saw someone with this issue and fixed it. I turned up my volume (about 13 on the gfx volume slider) and I noticed all sounds that is playing is static-y sounding. Almost reminds me of when the gain is up way to much and you get sound breakup.

I figured it out. I had to uninstall the realtek drivers. I didn't see it telling me it reinstalled the driver, but it did and now the audio isn't crackling.
