After upgrading to Win10 my SPro3 would spontaneously power down while docked, the dock screen goes black, spinning cursor, screen turns off.
On pressing power, the tablet screen sometimes does nothing, sometimes shows the surface logo, but does not boot.
Only way to get going again is to undock, 30s power, power on, re-dock.
As reported in other threads, I also get the graphics driver faults reported in the eventlog, and the reduced performance due to firmware incompatibility in the eventlog.
I don't know if it is coincidence or Win10, but my Logitech M570 trackball mouse button presses are acting up, looks like some single mouse clicks end up double clicking or drag clicking, weird.
I ordered a new mouse to confirm mouse or Win10.
