You just reverse the process. netplwiz - check the box after selecting your user_name.

On my Android tablet it's set to only ask a password when it's not on my home wi-fi and asks at least once a day. However if I'm not home it waits 10 min before asking. Is there anyway to do something like this on the Surface?
