My Surface 2 said it was doing an automatic repair when I started it up. It didn't get stuck in a loop like I have been reading. Instead it goes to the normal login screen, but there is no place to enter a password. I cannot proceed to login or go to the tools area to do a factory reset. All research on the Microsoft website says to go to settings, but I'm not able to access anything. Any help is appreciated, I'm not afraid to factory reset.
