Surface acting really strange

A problem ive had for months now is my C drive keeps fluctuating in space, like I will restartm y surface and it will go from 7 GB of space free to 2 GB in one restart. I have barley anything on my surface I only use it for art, cleaning out Software Distribution and Temporary files barley does anything, same with disk cleanup
Its gotten so bad that Chrome and Ps will crash and I can’t export anything in photoshop.
