surface book i7 key's U, H, N, S and 8 stopped working.

Few days ago, all of a sudden my surface book i7 key's U, H, N, S and 8 stopped working. I have tried factory reset and I have tried installing the drivers and I have also turn on and off filter keys... and I still can't figure it out.

Please I would be grateful if someone can help me out on what to do.
