i just bought this pen (used) at first it didn`t work at all but after i changed the two small batteries at the cap it started working as Bluetooth and clicks
but the pen tip doesn`t write at all or the two side buttons ( i changed the AAAA battery)
anything i can do to make it work ? or the pen is damaged
ps : 1-when i changed the top part batteries i removed the spring to be able to insert the screwdriver and re inserted it again
2- i finished all the windows updates
