Surface Pro 3 Always booting to UEFI screen

I held the sleep/wake button for 5 seconds, let go and pressed it again, took me to Windows 8.1 Startup Screen, yay!

Also while I was fixing this SP3, I installed/config'd a second SP3 from the second batch, I did the System Image Backup, and re-applied it to the same SP3 and it worked!

So i geuss the hardware was diff
