Surface Pro 3 and Acer C120 projector

I'm unable to connect the Acer C120 projector to the Surface Pro 3. Has anyone else used this projector? The connection to a laptop is with a USB cable.

Considering the forum you posted in you need to also state your OS.

If it uses USB then most likely it uses a DisplayLink Virtual Video Card, so you would need to make sure you get the latest drivers from www.DisplayLink.com select driver and download the latest (usually a "M" release). Windows 10 drivers may be bit buggy though....
