Surface Pro 3 screen cracked

My Microsoft Surface Pro 3 (i7 256GB model) screen cracked while cleaning it. I want to order it from Ali Express but it has two models i.e. LTL120QL01 001 and LTL120QL01 003.
Which model should i order?
