My Surface Pro 7 suddenly has become extremely slow to respond. I completed the diagnostic test & did a complete factory reset & its still no better. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Does Task Manager & Resource Monitor look "normal" at IDLE and when running?
If you're not doing anything Task Manager should show 1% CPU, 0-1% disk, 0% network 0% GPU
