Surface pro charging issues

Hi,

I have a problem with my surface pros (I have three of them). When they are working everything is fine.
But once in a while they stop charging and go into sleep mode even though they're plugged in, when waking them up the tablets aren't charging but if I unplug them from the wall socket and plug them back in then they start to charge again.
Has anyone had a similar problem.

If anyone has a solution on how to resolve this problem that would be appreciated.

Assuming you are using OEM chargers?

What version / build of Windows 10 are you using?

Yes I'm using the OEM chargers and it's Win 10 pro 64-bit , build 1803 on all three tablets. Thanks for the link , I'll check it out.

Hi,

I have a problem with my surface pros (I have three of them).

You have 3 surface pro's and all stopped charging and went to sleep mode. This happens to me as well but only for single device not for all. Actually this also happens to me because of the issues in extension board. You should also check that one.
