Tooltip "Win" constantly under the Pen...

When I use the Pen, I am constantly getting a tooltip that says "Win" under the pointer location. This doesn't happen when I use my finger.
It just started happening... anyone know how to get rid of it?

Also, i should add this only appears on the desktop... not on the Start Tiles screen.
