warming problem

Recently my surface pro 4 is geting very hot. and it lost performance

Can you give us more info? Which browser are you using? Have you installed any new extensions? New software? Is it fully updated?

Things to look at -
Task Manager and investigate what processes are causing load. Typical offenders - Edge with buggy extensions, Chrome, 3rd Party VPN/Security Suites, Bitcoin minors, Torrent Software
Run a malware scan for any undesirable adware/malware

I complete control, there is no threat. but warming problem is avaliable with chroma

Each tab of Chrome can take a lot of RAM and tends to hammer the CPU.
