Warranty new Surface turnaround time?

Quick question : I had to send my surface 3 back to Microsoft because the screen was coming away from the glass. I sent it from the UK via UPS to the Netherlands (Microsoft exchange centre). I sent it this Monday 8th September and it was delivered to them today Wednesday 10th September at 13:11. How long does it take for them to send out new devices in your experience? Just want to know how long I have to wait.

I don't think I've ever hear anyone say. But let us know when your new one is on the way.
 
Update of service if anyone is interested. Got an email saying they received it and would ship replacement within 2 business days.

So I have taken delivery (yesterday) of my refurbished (I presume) Surface 3. Photos of what i received are attached. Happy so far - all looks and works well.
