What model of Surface?

Hi,
I have a surface that I bought used. It says it is a model ST15, what model is that? I cannot find it anywhere. It says that in system info, and in the uefi.

Look under the kickstand for product info...

I am also listening to ST15 very first time. You must ask surface service providers for this.
