Whitelist for Flash Player sites

I was using the News app today and ended up at a location where Flash content was not enabled from abcnews.com. After some research I learned that MS has a .xml file it uses as a whitelist for sites approved or permitted to display flash content. I also found third party app and hacks that will afford the ability to edit said whitelist. I prefer not to hack into my shiny new Surface RT or install anything that could cause a problem later. Does MS have a site or a method to request sites to be added to the whitelist?
