WiFi Printer Issue

I am new to this forum and am hoping sincerely that someone here can help me!

I have a Surface Pro 7 and am using Windows 11. Recently I have begun to experience printing to on WiFi to my printer, an Epson ET3750 Printer. I can print using a USB cable, and I can print using WiFi from another computer, also using Windows 11. The only change that I have made recently to my Surface is that I had to replace the keyboard/cover. I have a second printer, a Canon TS700 and I can print using WiFi from the Surface to that printer.

When I try to print, Word shows that the printer is ready, but the document fails to print and I get an error message. I have tried to print using Word, Excel and FIrefox.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Most printers are wireless nowadays, you don't need best connectivity. It could be an issue with your router. But if you are aiming for best wireless printer I recommend:
Canon MF656Cdw or Brother MFC-J4335D
