Windows 10 does not like proxies

IT says the proxy stays!! Anyway to download (and launch) apps from Windows store through a proxy? I have apps noted that I "own" but I cannot download to Surface Pro or run them. (PS; computer illiterate)

No, when off site, still can't get store to respond.

What you posted doesn't look like you have a local proxy set but activating that script probably imliments company policies and may have the same effect. Try it without the script to see what happens, when off-site. Some other things may not work correctly while it's disabled but after updating you can enable it again.
