Windows 8 Issue on a PC

Hi. I want to sell my desktop which was originally Win 7. I had a code from MS to upgrade to Win 8. I have tried to roll it back to factory setting but get a message saying 'there are some files missing. Insert media' I don't have a disc. I have tried refreshing but get the same message. Any ideas clever people?

If you got a code from Microsoft, then you must also have a download of win8. You could burn that to a disk.

Gave up a rolled back to Windows 7. I have a buyer who is happy with that. I can always give them the key for Win 8. Thanks for the reply though.
