I have been working on this for hours. I cannot get the password to work. I made one account and it didn't work.keeps saying the password was wrong.so I made a new account. When I try to get in the store it goes to old account and say the password is wrong. I went to delete my account again and just my new one comes up.what can I do. Call support and cannot get any help?
