Security properties problems

hello
i have change the security properties of the only drive "C" and checked "deny" for all , and now i cant nearly do any thing , i have tried to do reset and recovery but they all had failed
please help

I assume you tried to undo the security settings and tried to take ownership signed in as an Administrator which failed?

Did you try recovery from bootable USB recovery drive?

If that failed... boot the Recovery USB again then go to Advanced - command prompt and whack the partitions with diskpart.

You should be able to use this procedure regardless of 8.1 or 10.
