Unlimited OneDrive space

As someone who has been considering lately the switch to DB Pro, this is an excellent point.

Actually it's $3 cheaper than 1TB of Dropbox... unless you want 5 accounts then it's the same price.

I'm on the fence though. I do use OneDrive to some extent, but I have a grudge against them because they specifically state that they examine the contents of your account for forbidden content, and delete it if they find it. That nearly bit me in the behind once, and I had to beg them to re-instate the files long enough for me to copy them off somewhere else.

Dropbox says no such thing.

That's a sweet price for "unlimited" storage though. Decisions, decisions.

As an Office 365 user I got an email saying I'm being switched over to unlimited but it might take a while. They provided a link saying click here to get on a list to make it happen faster. Took about a month and finally happened.

I hope that Microsoft hasn't reneged on its promise. I still have only 1 TB after 8 months. No emails from Microsoft. When I contacted Answer Tech, this funny exchange ensued, after which the tech promptly disconnected me without actually connecting me to a supervisor:

It also says "Today, storage limits just became a thing of the past with Office 365." 1 TB is a storage limit.

To get 10gb you have to click something which holds u over until they implement unlimited. I have 10.x gb now. Careful tho, there are size limits and you can't store obvious pirated or pork and some other things. Lol

I wouldn't waste my time talking to MS help desk for Onedrive, they have no clue what they are doing... Each one you talk to will contradict the last. Then blame it on your internet connection.

Seems to be some confusion about OneDrive, most of it caused by MS themselves. I see ads all the time for computers that have one year Office365 with them and they specifically say 1Tb of space, but yet the MS official line that I've seen is that it is 'unlimited'. I don't know if the freebie with some new computers is a special version or not.
But the way it works for me is that I had 1Tb before the 'unlimited' announcement. A little after that I got to 10Tb and an email that said if I need more, just email them. The problem is I don't think they had an email address to actually do that. Mine sits at 10Tb now and that is more than I'll ever use, but I do wonder how you get more.

I'm sure we can find the email address, but most folks haven't used their 10gb. I have used 6 out of 10.
