G GoodBytes Well-Known Member Sep 22, 2014 #3 Exactly. Like in my case, I have the 8GB model, but I only have 7.9 available, because the Intel integrated graphics doesn't have dedicated memory, it uses the system memory, and that can expand if needed, up to 1GB.
