Battery Icon Missing

Hi Everyone,

I wonder if anyone could help me. I have problem with my surface pro. The battery icon is missing, i already tried several ways i found on the internet, but still no luck.
In the device manager, the battery option is not available.
The switch to "on" in taskbar menu is greyed out.

Have you tried Settings/Personalization/Taskbar and then Notification area/Select which icons appear on the taskbar and Turn system icons on or off?

Do you have Administrator privileges on your account? If not, you may need the Administrator account owner to make that change.
