Changing IE tile size - Surface RT

For some reason I can't change the size of the internet explorer tile? Any ideas? I'm fairly sure I could when I first changed the tile to small, now for some reason I'm unable to change it back to large.

I don't have this problem with any other tile.....

I don't think you can change the size of the IE tile.
