I have been using Microsoft's free Cortana app on the iPhone.
The app is as fast as Siri, and has all of the functionality, with the exception of launching apps.
Cortana's voice recognition is very good.
Because of this iPhone app, I have increased my Cortana use on the Surface Book and Surface Pro 3. The handy Cortana app has widened my appreciation for Cortana.
