Create DOS and PowerShell Tiles - Windows 10

I like having tiles to launch either a DOS command line window, or a PowerShell window.

1) On desktop, option-click New, Shortcut
2) For DOS, type cmd For PowerShell, type PowerShell
3) Name the shortcut, Finish
4) Option-click your new shortcut, and "Pin to Start". Resize and move as desired in the Start Menu.
5) You may delete the desktop shortcuts, as desired.
