Creating Disk Image of my Surface 3 Pro

What is the easiest way to create an image disk of my Surface 3 Pro, so if something happen I can restore without having to install all my softwares?

Download a recovery image for Microsoft Surface
Did this on for my sp3 this morning as it blue screened me last night, you would need to be prepared to reinstall software.

This I know, I have that recovery image.
What I would like to know is if there is a way to make an image of my surface 3 pro with all the software's, I know I can do that on my others computer with Acronis for example, or other like Macrium, but will that work for the Surface?

Macrium will work, even the free version.
