Device not found - Pro

Can anyone tell me if they are getting the same message of Device not found or unsuccesful install when trying to use the USB on the Surface Pro? I was tyring to connect my Droid to it to transfer files and it won't recognize it.

Any thoughts?

Try adding it through Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a device
