Within the last few weeks, I have noticed that when I either turn my Surface on or whenever the display wakes up, the bottom inch or so (to just above the task bar) "jitters" up and down significantly to the point where text is almost unreadable. It may be my imagination, but it seems like it has been getting worse. After about 10-15 minutes of the display being on, it stops. It is almost like the display needs to warm up or something. I believe this started happening before the last firmware update.
Any way, I am wondering if this is a software/driver issue or is my display is starting to go. I am hoping it is not a hardware issue. Anyone else have this problem or have any thoughts?..Thanks!
