does anyone have surface 3 8.1 recovery image?

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone has the surface pro 3 8.1 recovery image available to download? I went to the MS support page, and they said its not available for download and ask me to contact them, when i do they just give me the run around. All i need is the recovery image

ya that is where i tried, but it says not available

I think i may of found a copy of the file, but for some reason when i put it into my 64gb thumb drive it says it wont fit. The file is only 5.3gb, something i'm doing wrong?

edit: nvm i had to format it to NTFS
