Does Surface Pro Have a Reading Mode Setting?

I'm attempting to read long PDFs on the Surface Pro, but I'm noticing that the ceiling lights in my office reflect off the surface of the Surface Pro. I realize that this is probably just part of reading on a touch device. However, I notice that my laptop doesn't have the same glare (even when I place it at the same angle as the Surface Pro).

Is there a reading mode for the Surface Pro? Do any of you have recommendations for how you're using the Pro to read?

You can try an antiglare screen protector. I have one on mine and it cuts down glare considerable as well as making the screen very "slippery" which is the main reason I use it. It does, however, impact image quality a bit.
