eclipse/photoshop/dreamweaver

Hi Everyone.

I am looking to get a surface, but I want to make sure it will run the apps I need.

I will be using this for school And some freelance work. I am a computer science major, so the apps I use are eclipse. I'd also like it if it ran dreamweaver, photoshop, illustrator. On top of all that, I also need it to run Android Studio.

Would I be better off with a surface pro?

Welcome to the forum

You would be better with a Pro for sure. The Pro will run all those programs without a problem. The only high end programs that have had a problem with the Surface Pro are those that REQUIRE a Quadro level GPU.
