Energy efficiency problems were found...

I ran from an elevated command line "powercfg /energy" and got the message that "Energy efficiency problems were found". The SP3 was plugged in, and the generated html-file is attached. Does anyone know what I have to do to fix these efficiency problems?

This is a Surface Pro 3 running W10x64 Pro (upgraded from W8.1).

mine looks almost identical to yours as well. There's something going on with USB that's causing the SP3 to not sleep like it should or continue waking.
