Essential Apps for new SP3 owners?

I did see a SP3 review that had a nice list of apps but cannot find that article. One app I would like is a cleanup tool to get rid of stuff that I uninstall completely.

I've used AppZapper on the Mac with great success. Any recommendations for Win8?

Once you install it, select "registry cleaner" from the left-hand navigation. Do several passes until it doesn't find anything else.

I recommend TouchMousePointer TouchMousePointer - virtual touchpad (on-screen mouse).

Touch is great and all but sometimes you just need a mouse pointer, this program turns your whole screen into a touchpad so when you don't have your keyboard attached or your pen handy, you can quickly switch to this mode and use your screen as if its a touchpad.
