Evernote App Lacks Ability to Edit Notes in Rich Text

The Evernote app for Surface is unable to edit notes created on by the desktop version of Evernote that have rich text content in them - which is ALL of my notes.

Send a message to Evernote. Hopefully this is a bug that can be easily fixed with an update.
