I've just gotten a SP4 as an early Christmas present, so I'm pretty happy.

Only issue so far is with the detachable keyboard. If I want to type @ which is the SHIFT 2 keys I get " . SHIFT 3 gives me £.

All other SHIFT commands seem OK.

Any idea what the problem may be??

I believe you have your Surface set to region "English UK". You may want Australia.
Settings, Time & Language, Region & Language ...

Or in Settings, search for "Region"
