How to create a folder in MAIL for filing e-mails

how do you create folders in MAIL so you can file e-mail you have received instead of leaving them in your in box.
 
I can't seem to find a way in the mail app, which is very limited, but if you create a folder thought the email that you are using in the mail app, those folders will sync. There are still a bunch of functions that have to be done through the web that are not available in the Windows RT app. Once you have the folders defined, you can move your mail there, so hopefully not something that needs to be done all the time, but still inconvenient.
