How to make a swipe gesture scroll more of a pdf file?

I use Foxit pdf reader to read pdf files. I would like that when I swipe upward, more of the page scrolls up.
How can I do this? Similar to a mouse wheel where I can set how many lines gets scrolled.

I think you would have to use a different reader to get that feature.
