Huion Kamvas 20 + Surface Pro(2017) compatibility

I'm thinking of buying a Huion Kamvas 20 to hook up to my SurfacePro(2017) & was wondering if anyone can verify it working smoothly. I'm asking because I remember reading multiple posts years back about conflicts between window tablets and drawing display tablets. Any input would is appreciated
