If you delete the apps that came with the tablet how do you get them back?

I'm confused (I know that easy to do). You deleted IE from your RT then expected to run Chrome?

Sorry I deleted it on both the Surface RT and Desktop"PC"....i didnt specify the desktop part, my apologies.

As a **last resort** a system restore will fix the problem. Charms Bar > Settings > Change PC settings > General > Remove everything and reinstall Windows
