Yes it is worth it. You will be very frustrated with SP1, as I was until trading it fr SP2.

Please elaborate for me. I have 45 days to try out. What were the issues that made you go for the Pro 2? Thanks.

The answer mostly depends on whether you want to use it a lot from battery, or not. The same battery last much longer in the Pro 2, but that doesn't make much of a difference if you use it mostly from AC power.

Totally agree. For me, it's plugged into the mains most of the time so I wouldn't see much improvement from getting a Surface Pro 2... unless of course I wanted 8Gb RAM (yum)
