Live System Information App?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if there's an App out there which will show me live system information such as fan speed, memory usage, hard drive space, processor usage etc?
There's such a thing for a Mac (I had iStat Nano for my MacBook Air) and just wondered if such a thing existed for Windows 8, specifically for the Surface.
