That's another user account by the looks of things.

If you check your settings> users> is this one listed?

It was in there I have deleted it what ever it was thanks

Exactly, that's another user and if you don't recognize it you should delete it immediately.

As a precaution you should do a scan with Malwarebytes also. Remove it afterwards although it generally doesn't hurt to leave it its just another process using up battery.

It gone but there only me use it so maybe a Trojan scanning it now

Clarification, I meant remove Malwarebytes after running the scan.

Just virus scan it clean, not checked for malware as I dont have one on here

Did you install an application recently that creates a Service Account? Open up your users Control Panel or Computer Management and look in the Users and Groups section.
