Login with duplicate IDs

I have two main hotmail accounts. One I use for work (mainly) and the other is my Xbox email account. I currently have 2 different profiles set up on my SP3. What I don't like about that is that when I use my main profile (work), I want to pull up a game or app that has all of my progress saved but is linked to my Xbox account so I have to log out of one account and back into the other account.

Is it possible to have your main login be one account but your Windows store/games login be another?
