Microsoft Complete NOT connected to my SB3 on my device page

I bought a new Surface Book 3 on September 28th with the 3 years Microsoft Complete, all directly from Microsoft on the same receipt. The warranty attached to my device online states that I only have the one year limited warranty. I have tried no less than 5 times to get support to correct this, and every time I was told it was being escalated. I have a case number as well. Today I talked to a supervisor, and she asked me to send a copy of the order to her - which is ridiculous considering they confirmed they can see the order online. As they are one of the largest tech companies on the planet, their customer service has been horrific. All I am asking is they attach the warranty I paid for to my device.
