Mixing Office 365 with Outlook 2010

Hi,

Getting my new SP3 today.

I am thinking of activating Office 365 for the Word/Excel/PPT functionalities but purchasing Outlook 2010 on top, to enable connectivity to workplace's Exchange 2003.

Q: how does that affect the pre-installed Outlook365; hoping this would not cause problems?

Any thoughts or advice welcomed. TQ
