new intel driver

I had the Intel driver with the control panel. I saw the new Intel driver update so I installed it without a problem I didn't do anything special. It now says 10.18.10.3877 for the version number in device manager.

I am running Win 10 build 9860 and no matter what instructions I follow I just cannot get the driver to install. Keeps telling me that its incompatible with my OS (which I can understand). Worst is now I have a driver update available in Windows Update and it wont install either... and am now stuck with the generic windows driver. Any suggestions?

So update...3907 installs however 3960 wont.. for some reason!

Any updates since october for the Intel driver ? Where can I check if a new update is out ?

You can check here => http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826

But the latest drivers will be pushed via Windows Update.
