I hadn't noticed UI Elements, but I had screen tearing and Miracast was reduced to 720p and couldn't do 1080 any longer....I rolled back.

Yeah I see what you mean. Mirroring up to 720p / extended desktop up to 1080p

but anyway, if I install manually, later on I'll loose the feature of auto update for that specific driver????

@Aurelio Windows Update will continue offering the MS-approved driver unless you choose to hide it. And even then you could always unhide, run the update and the driver will be rolled back / updated to the one for your SP3.

From Device Manager open the Display Adapter and right click on the Intel HD Graphics Family and select properties and select the Driver Tab... Roll Back Driver

I haven't installed them yet, but the Release notes mention the Outlook corruption:
"Fixed an issue where display screen was corrupted while Using Microsoft Outlook* application for more than an hour while other applications are running in the background"
